  1. Preheat Oven to 190°C
  2. Place cod fillets on baking foil, squeeze on a little lemon and sprinkle a small amount of chilli powder. Parcel in the foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile bring a pan of water to the boil and add sliced carrots and cubed suede. Boil for 15 minutes.
  4. Dice onion and slice red and white cabbage. Saute the onion, sued and cabbage in a generous amount of olive oil.
  5. Drain suede and carrots, add a little milk and a knob of butter to the empy pan. Heat then add the suede and carrots and mash.
