3 garlic cloves
1 red onion
50g parmesan cheese
3 rations smoked bacon
4 large flat mushrooms

Grill 3 rations of bacon. Once cooked set aside and cut into thin slices
Peel and chop a red 1 red onion and fry for 5 minutes. Once cooked set aside.
Wash peel and destalk 4 flat mushrooms
Peel and crush 4 garlic cloves and mix together with 80g of softened butter. Spread evenly on the underside of the 4 mushrooms
Then add the red onions and bacon evenly to the underside of the mushrooms and sprinkle 50 g of parmesan cheese.
Lightly grill for for approx 15 minutes
Serve with gem lettuce.
