Drizzle of sesame seed oil 
1/2 chopped onion 
175g mushrooms sliced 
200g frozen peas 
1 garlic clove crushed 
1 tsp soy sauce
250g cooked basmati rice
2 chopped lettuce leaves
1 tsp 5 chinese spices
small amount of salt

Heat the oil in a wok

Add chopped onion, garlic, peas and fry for 2 minutes on low heat

Add mushrooms and chinese 5 spices and fry for further 5 minutes occasionally stirring.

Add the cooked rice and lettuce to the pan, heat through continually stirring and splash in the soy sauce

Lightly salt to taste
