1 medium green pepper
1 medium red onion
2 tsps Oregano
2 Garlic cloves
Half a lemon

Cut 4 tomatoes into quarters, slice half a cucumber and add to a bowl.
Deseed green pepper, slice and add to the same bowl.
Chop onion into rings, crush 2 garlic cloves and again add to the same bowl.
Squeeze half a lemon into the bowl and sprinkle on dried oregano.
Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the bowl and mix it all together and serve.
Chop feta cheese into cubes and add to plates.
