Ingredients

4 Tomatoes
1 medium green pepper
1 medium red onion
1/2 cucumber
2 tsps Oregano
Olive oil 
2 Garlic cloves 
Half a lemon
100g Feta cheese

Method

  1. Cut 4 tomatoes into quarters, slice half a cucumber and add to a bowl.

  2. Deseed green pepper, slice and add to the same bowl.

  3. Chop onion into rings, crush 2 garlic cloves and again add to the same bowl.

  4. Squeeze half a lemon into the bowl and sprinkle on dried oregano.

  5. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the bowl and mix it all together and serve.

  6. Chop feta cheese into cubes and add to plates.
